Galaxy Mini supports the E-MetroTel Infinity line of XSTIM enabled IP telephones as well as the 7316 Digital telephone. Both product lines provide easy, intuitive, and user-friendly functionality.

XSTIM is smart VoIP technology that allows for signaling communication between the device and the server and provides smart features that is not available with SIP. XSTIM allows you to Hot Desk and temporarily move your device programming over to another device when you are working at another location and allows for Shared Line Appearance functionality.

Q. How many Extensions can I use with the base unit?

A. You can register up to 32 XSTIM Phones for the base unit. If you intend to use a non-XSTIM phone, a Universal License is required. The part number for the Universal License is SXUCC-1 and can be purchased from citiCALLS or directly from E-Metrotel.

Q. I have a Cordless Analog Phone that plugs in to our existing Home Phone Jack. What do I need to connect this to the Galaxy-MINI?

A. You will need an HMGLXC-1S for 1 Phone or HMGLXC-4S for 4 Phones.

Q. I have 4 existing lines from our phone company, what do I need to use these lines?

A. You will need the HMGLXC-4O for connecting 4 lines from your phone company to the Galaxy-Mini. For single line, you will need HMGLXC-1O.
